The Crystal Pathway begins with an accessible introduction to the world of crystals before progressing into the deeper framework of Crystal Intelligence.
Introduction to Crystals and the Mineral Kingdom
Where do we start to build our relationship with the world of crystals? Feng Shui practice states that what we see has the most significant impact on our energy and consciousness. This is the main focus of this crystal workshop; together, we will explore the Visible Code of crystals from a Vibrational Science perspective. This is the base for building your relationship through the Crystal Intelligence process.

Crystal Intelligence
Crystal Intelligence offers a different way of understanding crystals — not through memorising fixed meanings, but by learning to recognise the organising principles expressed through the mineral kingdom.
Through colour, structure, geometry, the elements, systems of reference and the chakras, the course explores a series of interconnected Codes that provide a framework for observing and understanding crystals. Rather than asking simply “What does this crystal do?”, you begin to explore what its characteristics can reveal and how those patterns may relate to our own experience.
Combining knowledge with observation and direct experience, Crystal Intelligence develops a more independent and meaningful relationship with crystals — one grounded in understanding the patterns of the natural world rather than relying solely on prescribed interpretations.

An accessible introduction to Aura-Soma and the language of colour, this presentation offers an opportunity to discover the system through your own experience and choices.
You will be introduced to the Equilibrium bottles and explore how the colours you are drawn to can become a starting point for reflection, self-awareness and a deeper relationship with yourself.
During this presentation, you will:

The Aura-Soma Pomanders
Discover the Aura-Soma Pomanders and explore the qualities of colour they bring into everyday experience.
The Pomanders are a distinctive part of the Aura-Soma system, each associated with a particular colour and quality. This introductory presentation offers an opportunity to experience the Pomander range and explore how they can become part of a personal practice of awareness, intention and connection with colour.
Through direct experience, you will be introduced to the different Pomanders, their individual qualities and the ways in which they are traditionally used within Aura-Soma.
During this presentation, you will:

The Aura-Soma Quintessences
Discover the Aura-Soma Quintessences and explore their place within the wider Aura-Soma system.
The Quintessences form a distinctive part of Aura-Soma, traditionally associated with the colour rays and qualities of the Ascended Masters. This introductory presentation offers an opportunity to experience the Quintessence range and explore the qualities and symbolism associated with them.
Through direct experience, you will discover how the Quintessences are used within Aura-Soma and how they can become part of a personal practice of awareness, meditation and intention.

The Aura-Soma Archangeloi
Discover the Aura-Soma Archangeloi and explore their distinctive place within the wider Aura-Soma system.
The Archangeloi are associated with particular archangelic qualities and with specific Equilibrium bottles within Aura-Soma. This introductory presentation offers an opportunity to explore their symbolism, colour relationships and the qualities traditionally associated with them.
Through direct experience, you will be introduced to the Archangeloi range and explore how they can become part of a personal practice of awareness, reflection and intention.
During this presentation, you will:

AURA-SOMA COURSES
Aura-Soma Essentials Course
Aura-Soma Essentials is a two-day experiential journey into colour, choice and your relationship with yourself.
Rather than beginning with theory, Essentials places your own experience at the centre. Through colour, the Equilibrium bottles, meditation, music and reflective exercises, you are invited to explore what your choices may reveal and to encounter different aspects of yourself through the language of colour.
No previous knowledge of Aura-Soma is required. Essentials can be experienced as a complete journey in its own right or as an introduction to further Aura-Soma education.
During this course, you will:
• Explore the language of colour through your own experience and choices.
• Work with the four-bottle selection as a framework for self-reflection and discovery.
• Experience meditation, music and activities designed to deepen your relationship with colour.
• Explore the Aura-Soma system through direct experience rather than fixed interpretation.
• Create space for reflection, self-awareness and a deeper relationship with yourself.
Aura-Soma Blue Course
The Blue Course is the foundation for deeper study of Aura-Soma, offering an opportunity to explore the language of colour and develop a greater understanding of yourself and the Aura-Soma system.
Building on your own experience and choices, the course introduces the principles and knowledge that underpin Aura-Soma. Through colour theory, the Equilibrium bottles, subtle anatomy and the wider Aura-Soma product range, you begin to develop a structured understanding of how colour can be observed, explored and interpreted.
The Blue Course is the first level of the three-stage Blue, Yellow and Red educational journey. It can be undertaken for personal development and deeper understanding, while also providing the foundation for those who may later choose to progress towards becoming an Aura-Soma practitioner.
During this course, you will explore:
• The principles of Aura-Soma as a non-intrusive, self-selected system.
• Colour theory, including primary, secondary, tertiary, complementary and hidden colours.
• The visible spectrum, chakras and an introduction to subtle anatomy.
• The four-bottle Equilibrium selection and the significance of each position.
• The wider Aura-Soma range, including Equilibrium, Pomanders, Quintessences, Colour Essences and Archangeloi.
• Practical ways of working with colour, the Equilibrium selection and the Aura-Soma system.
Aura-Soma Yellow Course
The Yellow Course is the second level of the Aura-Soma educational journey, deepening your exploration of colour, consciousness and the different ways in which colour can be understood and experienced.
Building on the foundations established in the Blue Course, Yellow explores the deeper symbolism of colour and its five levels — symbolic, spiritual, mental, emotional and energetic. Through the Law of Three, numerology and other wisdom traditions, you begin to make broader connections within the Aura-Soma colour system while developing greater awareness of your own perception and inner understanding.
The Yellow Course continues the journey from knowledge into a more intuitive relationship with colour, creating space to listen more deeply to what your own experience may reveal.
During this course, you will explore:
• The five levels of colour — symbolic, spiritual, mental, emotional and energetic.
• The primaries within all colours and the Three Tendencies.
• The Law of Three and its relationship with subtle anatomy.
• Equilibrium and numerology.
• The Quintessences and further exploration of the Master energies.
• Colour breathing and the use of gems within the Aura-Soma system.
Prerequisite: Completion of the Aura-Soma Blue Course — Level 1 is required before attending the Yellow Course.
Aura-Soma Red Course
The Red Course is the third level of the Aura-Soma educational journey, bringing together your understanding and experience of colour, consciousness and the Aura-Soma system.
Building on the Blue and Yellow Courses, Red explores deeper aspects of colour theory and subtle anatomy through the unfolding sequence of the Master bottles. The connections between colour and consciousness are developed further, creating opportunities to deepen your intuitive relationship with the Equilibrium bottles and integrate what you have discovered throughout the journey.
The course also introduces practical consultation work through the different perspectives of consultant, client and observer. For those choosing to continue towards professional practice, Red completes the three-level Aura-Soma practitioner training sequence.
During this course, you will explore:
Colour theory and subtle anatomy in relation to consciousness and the unfolding sequence of the Master bottles.
The relationship between colour, consciousness and intuition.
A deeper experiential relationship with the Equilibrium bottles.
Consultation skills through awareness of the consultant, client and observer roles.
The integration of learning and experience developed throughout the Blue, Yellow and Red Courses.
Prerequisite: Completion of both the Aura-Soma Blue Course — Level 1 and Aura-Soma Yellow Course — Level 2 is required before attending the Red Course.

Introduction to Bach Flower Essences
Discover the philosophy of Dr Edward Bach and a system that places emotional awareness and self-understanding at the centre.
Through reflection on everyday emotional experiences, this introductory workshop explores how the Bach Flower Essences can become companions for recognising patterns, understanding how we respond to life, and making more conscious choices.
Whether you are completely new to the remedies or curious to understand them more deeply, the workshop provides an accessible introduction to the philosophy, structure and practical use of the Bach Flower system.
During this workshop, you will:
