Lepidolite is a highly soothing stone. Its high lithium content (the same component used in medications for mental illness) makes Lepidolite the ideal stone to help our system emerge from the ‘fight or flight’ response. During periods of change, whether by choice or fate, the brain naturally triggers an alarm bell in response to the fear of the unknown. Lepidolite supports us with its calming energies, particularly in emotionally charged situations.

Lithium is the first solid element (alkaline metal) to appear in the Periodic Table; it highlights that from the explosive energy of Helium (the element before Lithium in the table), there is now a transition of matter into a solid form. Energetically, this occurs when we try to consolidate newfound energies related to a new project or a new relationship, for example, into a new way of being.
