It carries the Violet vibration, the most helpful vibration to assist us during a period of change, as it is a good balancer between the mind and the body. Cleanse and Recharge: Cleanse in cool running water and can be charged in rock crystal if needed, even though Amethyst holds the charge for an extended period. DO NOT charge in Hematite.
