✨ Crystal Shapes & Their Sacred Function
Crystals don’t just hold energy—they shape it. In this post, we explore the sacred functions of crystal spheres, towers, and hearts. Learn how each form influences energy flow, supports intention, and deepens your personal practice. What can you see… and what does it tell you?
When we begin to explore the visible qualities of crystals, it's not just their colours that speak to us. Their form—the shape they’ve taken, or been guided into—tells a profound story about how their energy flows and what kind of support they offer us.
In Sacred Geometry, every shape is a frequency, a container of intention. When a crystal is shaped—either naturally or through the hands of an artisan—it doesn't lose its energetic identity; it deepens it. The form becomes a channel for how the crystal’s vibration expresses itself in the world, and how we interact with it as intuitive beings.
This post invites you to explore three of the most beloved and commonly used shapes in crystal work: the sphere, the tower, and the heart. Each one carries a different energetic function. They work not just in your space, but in your body, your field, your spirit.
Let your eyes and intuition guide you. Start with the visible… and listen for what it tells you.
Spheres
Spheres radiate energy evenly in all directions. They hold space beautifully—think peace, unity, wholeness. A sphere invites circularity, completeness, and the new beginnings encoded in the number zero.
✨ Use when you want to create a calm field around you or a room.
Towers or Generators
Towers focus energy into a single direction—upwards. They connect the Earth to the higher realms, making them powerful tools for manifestation and clarity.
✨ Place on altars, in meditation spaces, or on your desk to elevate focus and purpose.
Hearts
Crystal hearts are deeply resonant with the emotional body. They offer softness, healing, and connection to the heart chakra.
✨ Use during grief, self-love rituals, or emotional recalibration.
Crystals aren’t just pretty objects or energetic tools—they are teachers. Companions. Each one offers a presence, and when shaped with care, that presence becomes even more intentional.
When you hold a sphere, it’s an invitation to return to wholeness, to allow peace to ripple outward from the centre of your being. A tower reminds you of your direction, your alignment, your bridge between heaven and earth. A heart offers softness in all forms—healing, compassion, intimacy, forgiveness. These shapes are more than decorative—they are functional, intelligent, and deeply attuned to your inner work.
As you bring crystals into your life, I encourage you to notice: what are you drawn to visually? Which shapes feel “right” for where you are now? This is how crystal intelligence begins—not from a textbook, but from that moment when something calls to you across the room… and you already know why.
What can you see... and what does it tell you?

Crystal Intelligence: A Grounded Way to Understand Crystal Energy
Crystal Intelligence is more than crystal meanings—it’s about listening to energy, not memorising it. Learn the grounded, intuitive method that changed how I work with crystals—and how it might change your path too.
When I first began working with crystals, I was captivated—but also confused. So many books offered bold claims about what each stone “does,” but rarely explained why or how.
I didn’t want to blindly follow someone else’s list—I wanted to understand.
That desire gave birth to what I now call *Crystal Intelligence*—a grounded, teachable approach to connecting with crystal energy that is based on structure, resonance, and personal truth.
““Crystals don’t need to be activated—they need to be heard. Energy speaks when we choose to listen.””
The Three Universal Laws
At the core of this method are three laws that help us understand how crystal energy really works:
🌿 The Law of Vibration
Everything in the universe vibrates. Crystals, due to their stable molecular structure, maintain a consistent frequency. That stability allows them to interact with our own changing energy fields.
🔔 The Law of Resonance
We naturally respond to frequencies that match or mirror our energetic state. Just like one tuning fork can cause another to vibrate, a crystal’s energy can help bring harmony to ours.
🔍 The Law of Signature
A crystal’s appearance—its colour, shape, texture, and form—tells us something about its energetic function. This is nature’s language.
Crystals Are More Than Symbolism
These principles aren’t new-age fluff. Crystals have been used across cultures for thousands of years—from Ancient Egypt to Tibetan healing and Indigenous ceremonies.
Crystal Intelligence honours those traditions while offering a practical, experiential path for today. You don’t need to be psychic or “woo.” You just need to be curious and willing to pay attention.
““This work isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering how to feel.””
A Way of Listening
Crystals aren’t magic objects. They’re stable, resonant fields—unchanging patterns of vibration. And when we slow down enough to listen, they reveal exactly what we need.
That’s what Crystal Intelligence is all about.
If this way of working speaks to you, I’ll be offering a two-day “Crystal Intelligence Workshop in October 2025. We’ll explore these principles, learn how to feel energy, and build real relationships with the crystals in your life.

From Sceptic to Student: How Crystals Changed My Life
I didn’t believe in crystals—until one small stone changed everything.
What started as curiosity led me down a path of energy, healing, and deeper awareness.
Now, after nearly two decades, I’ve developed a grounded way to connect with crystals that anyone can explore.
I didn’t believe in crystals. Honestly, I didn’t even *know* what a crystal was. If you had asked me back then, I would’ve said they were just pretty rocks—maybe something spiritual types from the ‘60s still clung to. I was rooted in the corporate world, living a very “normal” life with a steady job, weekend socializing, and a mindset grounded in logic and routine. Crystals? They weren’t even on my radar.
But life has a funny way of surprising us.
It started in 2008. Someone suggested a particular crystal might help with what I was going through at the time. I can’t even recall what the exact issue was, but I remember the reaction clearly: skepticism. And yet, I was curious enough to give it a try. That tiny, seemingly inconsequential choice opened a door I had no idea I was standing in front of.
Back then, there was no Google to instantly demystify everything. So I did what made sense to me: I turned to books. I devoured the top crystal guides, only to be met with new questions. Who *said* these crystals had certain properties? Where did this knowledge come from? How could I trust what was being written if it all seemed so intangible?
And yet… I kept the crystals. I liked how they looked. Something about them felt… comforting. People around me started noticing them, asking questions, and I found myself fumbling for answers I didn’t yet have.
““I didn’t have a gift—I just listened.””
Eventually, that desire to understand pulled me deeper. I enrolled in a Diploma of Energy Healing, hoping to grasp what was behind these fascinating tools. What was “energy” really? What were chakras? Could there actually be a connection between these stones and how we feel, heal, or grow?
The more I studied, the more I saw a disconnect. The traditional books gave me surface-level insights or heavily intuitive interpretations, but I was looking for something grounded, something I could *build* on.
That’s when I started creating my own path—one that eventually evolved into what I now call **Crystal Intelligence**.
Crystal Intelligence isn’t about memorizing what someone else says a crystal does. It’s about observing, learning, and experiencing crystals from both an energetic and scientific point of view. Their structure, formation, molecular makeup—all of that holds clues to their energetic expression. I began decoding that, one stone at a time.
And no, I don’t have any special psychic gift or “channeling” ability. What I do have is curiosity, discipline, and nearly two decades of listening to what crystals have shown me through repeated, thoughtful interaction.
Now, I share that process with others—not to tell them what to believe, but to invite them into a relationship with crystals that is empowering, personal, and practical.
If you’re curious about crystals but don’t know where to start… or if you’re unsure whether any of this is “real,” let me reassure you: I’ve been there. You don’t need to believe blindly. Just begin. Observe. Ask questions. See how you feel.
The crystals will meet you there.
With Love and light,
Luca

Ynot Crystal Team: Meet Robyn
In my mid to late 20s, when I had little knowledge of anything metaphysical, philosophical, religious, or spiritual, I had my second spiritual emergence while taking a sabbatical break to Cairns. I was at a crossroads as to my next career pathway in the corporate world. I felt there was more to life than what I was living, but I didn’t yet know what was next. A serendipitous accident started a new “life” pathway for me while I was a Marlin Fishing boat crew member. I had a fall before a charter and injured my neck. Whilst unconscious, I had a visitation from my deceased father, saying everything would be ok. I came to consciousness in a hospital bed with a neck brace on and no feelings in my legs. I was scared. The universe was delivering me a clear message to wake up!
by Robyn Brown from Robyn’s Massage Studio
People usually ask me one of two questions (or both) after experiencing a healing treatment with me. “What was that treatment I just received?” and “Have you always had this gift?”.
I usually respond cheekily to the first question that was a “Robyn”. The second question has an answer that is layered and relevant to each client’s story at that passage on their healing journey. Life’s happy accidents, serendipity is always at play. Encouraging clients to listen to their inner guidance, intuition, and yearning, they want to book a session with me even without knowing what they will likely receive. Serendipity delivers us both to meet at a time and space where the timing is in perfect divine order. Serendipity is a philosophy very dear to my heart. It is part of the keystone of my spiritual journey.

The universe was delivering me a clear message to wake up!
A healing journey unfolded with conventional medicine coupled with complementary alternative healing modalities. I had my first physic reading, experienced my first spiritual healing, and received my first crystal (a tiny rough malachite pocket stone) during my neck (and my life balance) rehabilitation. When my brother gifted that crystal to me, it was to keep me safe. I kept it on my bedside table. One night, in a massive electrical storm, I woke from a dream about my dad and noticed my malachite wasn’t there. An inner voice told me to go to my balcony, and there, glistening in the rain, was my little malachite. I questioned if I was losing my mind! How does a crystal move by itself?
That morning, I rang the crystal shop that had become my new favourite store. I asked the owner what this meant. She, without hesitation, gave me the number of the founder of a spiritual college nearby in Crows Nest. I rang Stephen immediately, and he said without any prompting that my dad was nudging me to start my spiritual healing journey. I enrolled at Chiara College and ended up studying metaphysics, spiritual healing, parapsychology, and advanced metaphysics with them while still working, then exiting the corporate arena to start a spiritual café aligned with a crystal shop on the Central Coast in 2000. I still have my precious little malachite on my altar to this day. It would be the least valuable of my now more extensive crystal collection, but its journey with me is priceless!
I called the café prototype that I envisioned A Taste of Serendipity; it was before its time, but I universally channelled to co-create. An internet café (when dial-up was a thang!), an artistic community hub, a co-working space, a spiritual shop offering healing modalities, complementary medicine and readings, crystals, tarot decks, books, and so much more. Another significant event (another story) serendipitously occurred, and I was able to exit the café (I now know I was purely there to provide the vision and blueprint and get “Gnostic Mana” up and operational. It is still successfully running to this day.)
So fast forward to 2024! Serendipity delivered me to Newcastle and Ynot Crystals here in Darby St!

An Aura-Soma Light Beamer Pen Session
Trusting your intuition is the first step in finding balance and well-being within yourself; choosing colours and colour combinations that you feel drawn to is the best way to provide yourself with what you need at any given moment, and this is how a session starts.
During the session, the colours you are drawn to and their complimentary are applied to your energy field through light projection into the light bodies: the astral, etheric and physical bodies are stimulated according to your needs.
Integrating concepts from Traditional Chinese Medicine – Acupressure Points and Meridians – and the Indian tradition of the Chakra System, the session is catered around Chakra Balancing, Meridian Flush, Master Spirit Points, and also an opportunity to Re-Connect with your Higher Self and bring you back to balance in the Here And Now.
Chakra Balancing Session
The aim of the session is to balance our major energy centres, the chakras; based on your colour selection, we might be focusing on one or two chakras, restoring the balance to your energy system.
Duration: 1 hour
Cost: $125
Here and Now Session
Working on four major Acupressure Points (Spleen and Lungs) and the Chakra that relates the most with your colour selection, this session aims to restore balance, focusing on the present moment. This session facilitates the ability of the light body to regulate our emotions by bringing us back into the present moment.
Duration: 1 hour
Cost: $125
Master Spirit Point Session
Working with Acupressure Points located on our back (Bladder Meridian), this session aims to restore our Blueprint, the energetic imprinting that we have developed since conception, where, according to Traditional Chinese Medicine, the five different Spirits entered our body, creating our Essence.
Duration: 1 hour
Cost: $125
Meridian Stroking Session
This session aims to restore the energy flow in our body. The meridians, the energy pathways underneath the skin, according to Traditional Chinese Medicine, are an expression of the quality of our wellbeing. Physical, emotional and spiritual aspects contribute to a proper flow of the energy in the body.
Duration: 1 hour
Cost: $125
Reconnecting with our Potential and Gift session
This powerful session stimulates our True Aura. Bringing awareness to our deepest purpose brings clarity and increases our sense of connection. This is a very powerful session, and it is recommended for those who have had experience with the Aura-Soma Equilibrium Bottles before.
Duration: 1 hour
Cost: $125
The Light Beamer Pen Journey
Because of the “Self-selective” and “Non-intrusive” quality of the Aura-Soma system, each session is different and will cater to your colour selection and needs.
If you are inclined to undertake a deeper journey with the energy of colours and the Aura-Soma system, you can experience each session as part of a package. In your own time – recommended every two weeks – you will be able to experience all the different sessions, allowing you to attain a deeper level of self-understanding.
Duration: 5 sessions of one hour each.
Total Cost: $490
The Cellular Meditation Process
Initially, I was curious to find out how this type of meditation would have differed from other styles I have experienced over the last ten years. From guided visualisation and various breathing techniques to yoga, mindfulness and many more, I had the opportunity to experience many ways to reach a meditative state.
Meditation can take us to places, but what would it be if we could take meditation inside ourselves? How will we feel if we allow Spirit to descend instead of reaching for Spirit?
The spiritual journey is very personal; there is no one way to reach certain conclusions and experience existence. Crystals, essential oils, sounds, and colours are all means to support an incredible journey that will never achieve a final destination.
For the last four years, I have been part of a meditation group based in Italy, led by my spiritual mentor and teacher, Laura Tellarini, and every two weeks, we get together online to practice the Cellular Meditation of the Fondazione Solaris.
Initially, I was curious to find out how this type of meditation would have differed from other styles I have experienced over the last ten years. From guided visualisation and various breathing techniques to yoga, mindfulness and many more, I had the opportunity to experience many ways to reach a meditative state.
The Cellular Meditation Process
The Cellular Meditation is “simple”: a guided visualisation, moments of silence, about 20 to 25 minutes, and then back to guided visualisation.
Over time, I discovered that this process and the words of the guided part were based on the principle that our physical body needs to receive spiritual energy to be aligned with the purpose we incarnate for this lifetime.
The search for answers to questions that relate to human existence has been part of our evolution process since the beginning. We can navigate these answers with different levels of awareness. Some people pursue love, others wealth; for some purpose resides in helping others, and so forth.
For years, I sat in meditation trying to ‘reach’ a state of peace and silence so that I could quieten the mind, and by doing that regularly, I was feeling less stressed, more precise in my decision process, and more present.
Looking back to my journey since 2007, my spiritual practice has gone from a side interest to a way of living: a ‘Meaningful living to provide myself with what I need by doing what I am here to do, in the way I am here to do it’.
I came to experience this by practising the Cellular Meditation Process. As the name suggests, it involves allowing Spiritual Energy to descend into our body – the cells – so that this energy can shape matter according to the Divine Plan.
The Bigger Picture
For consciousness – personal and collective – to evolve, we can’t spend years isolating ourselves on the top of the mountain meditating; we need to learn to lead a spiritually grounded existence.
Sri Aurobindo and The Mother, the two founders of Auroville in India, have spent decades investigating this simple yet profound principle. If we believe that Spirit, Divine Energy, or Universal Energy – call it the way you prefer – is at the base of everything, we need to allow it to take over because It knows best, plain and simple.
This requires time, trust, patience, and the will to venture far away, not out there, but inside, as we contain all there is. The inner journey is the best possible adventure we can have in our lifetime, and the longest relationship we will have is with ourselves.
I was offered the possibility to share this process and this type of meditation with other people at the end of 2023. This offering humbled me and excited me at the same time.
If you are curious and want to experience the Cellular Mediation, I will be privileged to facilitate this process. All you need to do is follow the link to book your spot.
Aura-Soma Essentials
Unlocking the secrets of the language of colours requires embracing an intuitive perspective. By translating that intuition through your life experiences, memories, and emotions, you allow your "Inner Self" to illuminate the path that is most fitting for you in the present moment.
Step into the vibrant world of Aura-Soma Essentials, where colours dance with energy and consciousness unfolds in hues.
Since 2020, I've been guiding people through this transformative two-day journey, igniting the senses and expanding the mind—over 40 individuals immersed in an experiential exploration, discovering the secrets of the rainbow spectrum.
Just recently, I organised a unique workshop at the store, where I faced the challenge of accommodating a participant who was partially deaf, requiring an interpreter. This encounter once again left me in awe, reminding me of the profound impact that the system can have on our experiences.
So, what exactly is this captivating workshop all about? It's a gateway into the enchanting realm of colours, a deep dive into the transformative Aura-Soma system. But let me be clear: this isn't your run-of-the-mill beginner's course. Nor is it tailored just for those already acquainted with the wonders of Vicky Wall's visionary creation, birthed 41 years ago. No, Aura-Soma Essentials is something more – an invitation to delve deeper, to unlock the mysteries encoded within crystals, plants, and the radiant palette of colours.
In the language of science, our brains translate the wavelengths of light into a symphony of colours, painting the canvas of our perception with shimmering possibility. Colours convey a profound message that resonates with the depths of our being when we open ourselves to the connection. Aura-Soma operates on a principle of self-selection and gentle guidance, allowing you to intuitively choose the message and solution that align with your needs, even when you're uncertain about the question at hand.
Unlocking the secrets of the language of colours requires embracing an intuitive perspective. By translating that intuition through your life experiences, memories, and emotions, you allow your "Inner Self" to illuminate the path that is most fitting for you in the present moment.
The culmination of this intuitive understanding finds its expression in the application of Aura-Soma products. Imagine this: you've unearthed a bespoke solution tailored precisely to you – because who understands you better than yourself? Now, you have the chance to embody this insight on a tangible level. A simple gesture in the morning or evening, coupled with the intention of placing trust in your inner wisdom, sets the stage for your personal journey of self-discovery.
Time and again, I've observed participants encountering Aura-Soma for the very first time, effortlessly deciphering its messages with astonishing precision. It's as if they've pored over every available resource beforehand. Initially, I assumed they must have undergone consultations or devoured the books, but then it dawned on me – this wasn't the case at all. They were tapping into their innate wisdom, allowing it to surface and guide them.
Now, I'm eagerly anticipating the next workshop, eager to witness this miraculous unfolding once more with a new group of participants. It fills me with immense gratitude to have the opportunity to host and guide people through this extraordinary journey time and time again.
When a massage turns into something more meaningful

A new client (let’s call her Jane) popped in to check out the new Ynot Crystals space a few weeks back. She was going through a bit at home and needed something to help her move forward. Jane saw some recent offerings: different types of massage, inner-self retreats, reiki, and tarot. She decided to book an hour of Relaxation Massage on Tuesday, thinking it would be nice to do something nurturing for herself.
She felt at ease when she arrived and was ready to receive her well-deserved relaxation. I offered her water and cleansed her energy field with sage, essential oils, and sound to help her Wholebeing arrive and prepare for the massage.
We chatted about what was going on in her life and her whole being, what Jane’s needs were, and took the time to get clear on the intention of the massage as a support for her to move forward. A few welcome tears were shed with the acknowledgement of a safe, supportive space, and together, we decided to create space within to help her connect more deeply with her inner self for guidance. Once that was clear and any troubling areas were identified, I asked Jane to undress down to a level she was most comfortable and to lie on the table face down. I invited her to breathe deeply and give her whole weight to the table. I then gently approached her energy field and placed my hands on her body. I called in our spiritual guides, ancestors and helpers, asking that they assist with our intention and whatever else needed to happen in unconditional love.
We began the bodywork by cleansing and massaging her feet to help ground from her mind into her body. Inviting more breath into all the areas most present and noticeable for her. I always find working from the ground up with clients, releases tension further up the body and throughout their Wholebeing, making for a more powerful experience that integrates more readily. We progressed from there, always listening and inviting Jane to follow the feeling in her body and enquiring into what was there with her breath and loving attention. Allowing space to gradually clear as different parts of her felt seen and supported.
The tight areas, the depleted areas, and the tender areas were all treated with utmost love, care, and respect. They were invited to tell stories to release and unite with the breath. Together, we eased the stress and tension from her body and mind, invited Jane to her feet, and listened to the space that had been cleared. As our session together came to a close, I cleared the space with smudge and sound, thanked our spiritual helpers for all they had held and facilitated for us, and asked Jane to take five deep breaths, spending as long as she needed resting into her inner self before emerging to join me outside.
She reported feeling self-assured and calm. She was much more able to stay focused on herself and not the stressful situation she was dealing with. It was beautiful to witness. I said I would love to do a 90-minute session next time to deepen her enquiry and relaxation, and she booked in for the same time the following week.
When we met the following Tuesday, we had an initial self-love discovery session that went deeper into the specifics of the situation she was dealing with. It was the first time she had encountered this issue, knocking her about in a few different areas of life. I asked questions to help her reveal the essence of what she was dealing with internally and externally. I helped her identify needs that had to be addressed to stay centred and focused on the personal empowerment and growth offered and inviting utmost respect and kindness for herself and the other person involved.
We then took it into the body with another massage. The intention this time was to rest into what was present without judgment. There was a lot more noticeable tension in some parts, and again, we worked from the ground up, targeting the areas struggling to let go with breath and love. At the end of the session, Jane reported that it was much harder to relax this time; her mind just kept thinking about the situation, and she had to work to focus on her breathing.
I reminded her of the importance of focusing on what she would like to come of the situation and actively trying ways everyone involved can move forward with as much ease and grace as possible.
This invites the awareness that processing situations from a place of love will always result in more love and that confronting fears will deliver the path of the most significant growth.
Jane said she was so grateful for the support, and I suggested that we might do another session. Still, this time, releasing the body with targeted stretches for areas that were being overworked in her day-to-day activities.
Massage and all other modalities I share offer a sacred space for reconnection to our wholebeing, where all layers of ourselves are invited to open and integrate. I love experiencing people come alive again as they reconnect with their inner selves and realise that everything they are going through is essential for discovering more of who they are and why they are here. From this place, our desires can manifest because we understand that we have the power to meet our challenges with love when we can care for ourselves and reach out when we need support to do so.
Ynot Crystals Team: Meet Jo...
I love helping people relax and reconnect with themselves to reclaim their Self-Love and transform their lives. I want all people to embody their truth and have the courage to love who they are entirely. The good and bad bits so they can find the best in every situation and the opportunity for growth in every challenge.

Hi, I'm Jo!
I love helping people relax and reconnect with themselves to reclaim their Self-Love and transform their lives. I want all people to embody their truth and have the courage to love who they are entirely. The good and bad bits so they can find the best in every situation and the opportunity for growth in every challenge.
Over the past 15 years, I have been all over Australia and the world, connecting with different personal development and healing modalities, taking the bits that work, and leaving behind what doesn’t. I have journeyed with kinesiology, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Yoga, Qi Gong, dance, Shiatsu, relaxation massage, meditation and mindfulness, sound, crystal and plant healing, Reiki, tarot and many more. I’ve been to Mount Everest Base Camp, the slums of India, the temples of Japan, and the mountains of Peru, all searching for spaces to know myself better.
My conclusion is that we are the ones we are searching for. No one modality or teacher has had a lasting answer for me that changes everything. Only interacting with these practices awakened my more profound understanding of who I am and why I am here. I believe for every person, the journey is different because we are all here for a different experience, but for the same reason: to learn who we are, why we are here and be a shining example to the world around us of what is possible as we grow and morph into who we want to be now.
So, I do not have a 12-step program that leads you to enlightenment. What I do have is the love and willingness for you to have the space and time you need to discover what you need and find your way to get there in a sustainable, achievable way. A way that you can always fall back on and rework when you need to because it is 100% yours and feeds off who you are now and who you want to be.
The sense of Self I have achieved has been hard-won and reliant on actively pursuing two core principles that may surprise you. These are central to everything I share. My offerings include coaching and embodiment sessions, intuitive readings, workshops and retreats. Everything is based on these two principles. They are SELF-LOVE and WHOLE BEING.
Let me flesh them out a bit for you, in my understanding.
1. Self-Love is listening to our Inner Self and taking action on our needs as we notice them. This way, we don’t end up tired and depleted every day, having only tended to everyone else's needs, leaving our own neglected. Some people don’t even realise they have their own needs and wonder why they are always so tired and low-energy.
2. Whole Being is the practice of tuning into different layers of our being. These are the physical (body), mental (mind), energetic (gut), emotional (heart), soul (heart centre) and spirit (crown). When we can make time and listen to each of these layers, we begin to notice when different layers agree or disagree. When we notice all layers agree, we can make the best possible decisions for ourselves because we all are saying YES! We feel energised and inspired because no inner mixed messages waste our energy and leave us feeling lost and confused. For example, our head (mental) thinks it is a good idea, but our heart (emotional) is saying no; this doesn’t feel right. As a result, we either do nothing (procrastination) or follow one of them (usually the one we think we should from other people’s opinions.), leaving the other part of ourselves feeling rejected and ignored. Over time, this creates an inner war that wages on, confusing and depleting us of vital energy and desire to take action on our dreams. Because it all seems too hard, and we don’t have the energy. As an aside, the best thing to do in these circumstances is stay with it to decide when all layers are actively in agreement. There is sometimes some fear and negotiation to be had, but the result is a fully resolved answer from your inner guidance, oh and inner peace!
Do you resonate with any of the feelings or experiences listed above? I know I do, and I still have to practice every day. This lifelong lifestyle is centred on loving connection rather than a quick fix. But if you are willing to put your true Self first in your life. If you genuinely desire love to be your life experience, these practices will change your life. Provided you do a little bit every day. The daily practice of Self-Love and Whole Being can transform our life experience from a daily grind of constant issues and problems to an incredible journey filled with opportunities to grow and become more authentically ourselves. It is the difference between being tossed about in the surf to getting up and riding the wave in our unique way with each other.

Crystal Intelligence: My Love Relationship with Crystals.
Crystals are a material representation of energy and energy patterns; hence by working through what a crystal is, its structure, level of formation, molecular distribution and composition and colour, we can decipher its energetic output.
My journey with crystals started in 2008 when someone suggested a particular crystal that would have helped me with what was happening then. I knew nothing about crystals. I didn’t know what a crystal was – let alone be aware that a crystal could have helped me. All I knew was probably that crystals were pretty rocks and that the “crystals people” were a residue from the sixties with too much time on their hands.
I was born in a traditional and not-too-dysfunctional Italian family. I went through my teenage and young adulthood years in a very ordinary way with nothing worthy of particular notice. I also would like to provide a picture of myself back then; imagine an average 30 years old male: I had a job and a career in the corporate world, I was enjoying my weekend with parties and friends, I had my emotional highs and lows, and I truly believed that my experience in the world was limited at what my mind and body were telling me.
My entry point in the crystal world and the realm of spirit happened through books – there was no google back then, can you believe it? The fact that someone I ended up trusting sincerely has said that a particular crystal would have helped me has intrigued my intellectual faculties, and by intellect, I moved my first steps into this ‘stuff’. So, how did I make a living and change the course of my ordinary life with crystals?
When you read any crystal book, the first few pages highlight the framework used by the author in their work; they usually explain why they wrote the book and how they came to the conclusions that will be accessible to the reader in the following pages. Being completely new to the subject, I must have picked the top 3 pop crystal books and encountered the first issues very soon.
Who told this person all of this? How do they know the differences between crystals besides their physical aspects? As I mentioned before, spiritual subjects were not on my priority list back then, so I stopped my self-learning process very soon; however, I kept buying crystals because they were pleasant to look at, and I was told they were doing some good to me. Fast-tracking a few years, I ended up with more than just a couple of crystals, and when friends and family started to notice them, they were asking questions, and I didn’t have any answers to provide except that I liked them.
The most frequently asked question was if I had a particular belief in their alleged energies or any knowledge of what they were. All I remember was buying a crystal and probably reading in the books what that crystal was and what it was supposed “to do” – information that quickly was forgotten. After a series of events and circumstances, I ended up enrolling in a Diploma of Energy Healing where I hoped that someone would provide some answers to questions such as what is a chakra? What is energy and energy medicine, and how all of this is related to crystals?
The next challenge came when I tried explaining these concepts to the same family and friends. I noticed that people resist taking information on intangible topics at face value. When you study any subject for an extended period, the answers to the initial questions result from a long process. They are not necessarily easily translatable in a 30-second response. I ended up re-opening the crystals books and acquiring a few more, and slowly and indeed, I started to build my way of understanding and experiencing crystals and their energies.
This motivation prompted me to the concept of Crystal Intelligence: I wanted to find a way to work with crystals without relying on someone else’s opinion or experience with them. Crystals are a material representation of energy and energy patterns; hence by working through what a crystal is, its structure, level of formation, molecular distribution and composition and colour, we can decipher its energetic output. The fascinating part of this process is that each of us has experiences with a single crystal that remain unique and authentic, but we come from an objective and standard level of knowledge.
I wasn’t gifted with any particular intuitive or channelling abilities, so I only had two options: I could have learned by heart from the books, but I experienced how long this learning stays in my memory, or I had to build my knowledge from the ground up – pun intended – so that I could utilise these concepts as a deciphering code and let the crystals “speaks” by their Intelligence.
If you are interested in knowing more about Crystal Intelligence, I run regular workshops, and the next two-day workshop is on the 6th and 7th of May 2023; you can find more information regarding this event by following this link.
Change is easy... not! - From Caterpillar to Butterly
Creating conscious changes in our lives is a multi-layered adventure that can sometimes be overwhelming. Breaking down complex tasks into simple ones is the best way to keep the emotional turmoil at bay and feel more grounded throughout any process.
Creating conscious changes in our lives is a multi-layered adventure that can sometimes be overwhelming. Breaking down complex tasks into simple ones is the best way to keep the emotional turmoil at bay and feel more grounded throughout any process.
In the previous two blogs, I wish I could be Free, and Time to Let Go we identified two phases that are necessary to embrace the process of change in a grounded way; understanding that we are not where we want to be and releasing what is no longer needed are the stepping stones to transformation.
I recently started a cleansing process for my home: even though I am pretty happy with my current situation, I felt I needed to “step up a notch”, so I had a good look around and saw that to do that, I had to create – literally – room for improvement. I described this in the “I wish I could be Free phase”. This realisation often comes as a new beginning; sometimes, it coincides with our birthdays, the beginning of the year, and significant milestones. Other times, it happens because, as Paulo Coelho brilliantly says, our soul is growing.
When our personal space is full, which goes for our mental and emotional space, it is hard to find the so-called room for improvement, so we need to eliminate, donate, and disregard what is not required anymore: it is Time to Let Go. This is a hard one. Most things we keep have little economic value but have vast sentimental and emotional value. The sweater that aunty Carol bought us ten years ago reminds us of the sweetness of our favourite aunty; that extra set of wine glasses can still be good, and ‘you never know,’ especially if we remember how we felt when we didn’t have enough money to buy the things we needed and wanted.
The same principles apply to our emotional connection and belief system because they make us who we are in the realm of the mind. Letting go is a complex and confronting phase, so we might need to take small steps, but every single journey, as the old adagio goes, starts with a single step.
When the caterpillar realises it is time to transform into a butterfly, it creates a safe space for itself – the cocoon or chrysalis – and in that space, its cells recombine themselves to create a new being, the butterfly. It is a fascinating and scientifically exciting process. The butterfly's wings don’t grow on the caterpillar; the whole organism recombines itself into a new one. This process is what the Greeks called Metanoia.
Our little caterpillar has to let go of the idea of being a caterpillar before transforming into a butterfly; it is not simply wishing to grow some wings because after having overeaten for the initial part of its life, it will need enormous wings! If you ever observed caterpillars in your garden devouring your crops and plants and imagined attaching wings to them, I believe you figured out that would not work.
With Metanoia – or transmutation – not only is there a change of mind but also a change of heart. Lead to gold was the old saying in the alchemical circles, and this reflects very much how we are supposedly coming out from a process of change and transformation.
What are we changing for? We change because our soul has grown or, more precisely, because our awareness of the soul has grown. The soul comes with a purpose and a plan, and it might take several lifetimes before we discover what that is; however, the closer we get to it, the better we feel about ourselves and our life situation.
Below are a couple of suggestions for supportive tools in the final phase of the change process.
It is the most used stone for meditation practice. It carries the Violet vibration, the most helpful vibration to assist us during a change, as it offers a good balance between the mind and the body. The state of balance that we can experience with Amethyst allows us to identify emotional patterns and bring them to a level of consciousness where they can be addressed.
Amethyst (Purple Quartz) is a crystal that resonates with our cognitive centres and the brain, our ‘storage facility’ for thought patterns and belief systems; according also to the Chakra System between our eyebrows, is present an energy centre called the Brow Chakra, commonly known as the Third Eye. This energy centre is genuinely involved in visualisation and manifestation: first, we ‘see’ our goals in our mind, and then we can ground them into physical reality.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Five Elements Theory, the colour Violet is associated with the Element of Water – the Blue component of Violet – which regulates our emotions, and Fire – the Red Component – that helps to regulate the Water Element. This is probably one of the reasons why in Roman times, Amethyst was used to prevent drunkness during the parties that Romans were famous for.
All the Aura-Soma range expresses the language of light and colours; thus, it works through vibrations and resonance. Utilising the Aura-Soma Pomanders provides a gateway to the vibrations and energy we might need most at any time.
Violet is a secondary colour, a combination of Red and Blue in equal parts; the energy of the Violet Pomander reflects this beautiful combination. Of all the pomanders is the best one to energise our upper energy centres offering the possibility of awareness of higher energy vibrations, connecting us with the mission and purpose of our soul.
Change is easy... not! - Time to Let Go
Hopefully, after the previous blog, you felt drawn to ignite a process within yourself regarding change and fear; as established across different disciplines, any change to our current routine will ignite a certain level of fear within ourselves that may trigger the fight or flight response.
The list could also be a mile long: fear of failure or success, fear of letting people we love down, fear of not being good enough, etc. The root fear that supersedes them all is the fear of letting go. What does this fear look and feel like?
We grasp our little habits for dear life – literally, we identify with our jobs, relationships, bodies, and thoughts because that is exactly what ego is. “I Am” is never a complete sentence unless we ‘attach’ something else. I Am a man, a husband, a mother, an employee, and so forth. By attaching that extra something, we create (pun-intended) attachments. By letting go, we need to trust, and here is when the situation becomes spiritual.
Freedom can only come when we create space and time; being that physical space in our environment or an ‘energetic space’ in our energy field; by releasing old attachments that are not there in our best interest, we need to learn how to let go and not be scared by this empowering process.
Often I have worked with clients who were single and looking forward to being in a relationship. When I asked them about their lifestyle, they defined themselves as very busy: working long hours, planning weekends with friends, having many family commitments, etc. My question was: “So how are you planning to fit a relationship in all this?” eventually, they would answer along the line of “Oh, I will make time for it!”.
Making time is an exciting concept because it entails much responsibility. Taking ownership of our time is an act of creation that involves energetic input. If our energy is all taken by our current activities, we can’t ‘make time’ for anything else. You need to free up some space first.
From Feng Shui to decluttering and minimalism, the first step towards bringing in the new is to release and eliminate the old. The same principle can be applied to our energy. When we have too many attachments, our energy becomes heavy and dense; it stagnates.
In these circumstances, we need to move energy fast and in combination with the emotional cleansing phase just discussed, we need to discharge the excessive stagnation. For example, meditation with the support of Selenite and Tea Tree essential oil is a good practice for this phase.
Selenite is a Calcium Sulphate – like Angelite – with the difference that it has quite a high water content that facilitates energy movement, which is why Selenite is often described as a cleansing crystal. Selenite doesn’t clean energy per se as it lacks absorbent powers – like black obsidian and black tourmaline – however, it prevents energy from stagnating and becoming dense and heavy.
Tea Tree is often used on a physical level as an antiseptic and antibacterial remedy, and its energetic signature powerfully resonates with its physical properties. At times we are conscious of attachments that prevent us from moving forward; other times, these energetic cords are deeply embedded in our subconscious – upbringing, culture, social circumstances etc. – and Tea Tree can help with both. Tea Tree provides us with the necessary energetic clarity.
Letting go can be painful: it doesn’t matter if we are letting go of an old pair of shoes – that we kept until now for specific reasons – or an outdated relationship. The brain wants to keep us alive; the emotional baggage doesn’t interfere with that. A part of us has to part, and that is also frightening.
We can live with regrets and sorrows. However, that path is probably the least optimal for our physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. The caterpillar needs to let go of the idea of being a caterpillar, the literal concept of Self, to transform into a butterfly. We will discuss the adventures of the caterpillar in our next post; stay tuned.
Change is easy... not! - I wish I could be Free
Manifestation, visualisation, intention and goal setting may be practices that you are familiar with, and they all look great when we do the vision boards of our future. However future, let’s face it, sometimes we fail to achieve what we wish for ourselves even with the best intentions. Why is that so? Are we not capable of attaining simple – or complex – life goals? Do we need to do more to feel fulfilled?
We are fully in 2023 and it is time to look at our New Year’s resolutions. When the year ends and with other milestones – anniversaries, birthdays, etc. – we tend to run a ‘Profit and Loss’ report of our lives and establish where we want to head for the new cycle.
Manifestation, visualisation, intention and goal setting may be practices that you are familiar with, and they all look great when we do the vision boards of our future. However, let’s face it, sometimes we fail to achieve what we wish for ourselves even with the best intentions. Why is that so? Are we not capable of attaining simple – or complex – life goals? Do we need to do more to feel fulfilled?
The answer is quite simple yet profound: fear. We are fearful of changes, and it is in our programming. It is so hardwired in our brain that we can’t even see the fear that underlines every process of change, and we should be grateful for it.
Thousands of studies on neuroscience have demonstrated how parts of our brain work, and to put it simply: the brain is our safety mechanism, and security is its priority. The brain needs the body to function. Its primary goal is, indeed, to keep the body safe. The brain doesn’t care about our emotional or spiritual health and well-being, or they are not on its priority list.
The brain learns that by being in your current job, you can provide shelter and food to your body, and this is good enough. Over the years, it has also learned that the relationships that you are in can provide the necessary human connection that stimulates the production of all the good molecules required for its development.
Your brain will never prompt you with questions such as: is this aligned with my purpose? Is this what I am meant to be doing to enjoy my life experience at its best? These are ‘spiritual questions’, and they are prompted from that part of you encompassed under the terms Spiritual Energy. Hence they need a spiritual – or energetic approach – and not a logical one.
I aim to provide a step-by-step breakdown of the energetic approach necessary to embrace and embody change without triggering the fear mechanism in this and the following blogs. These observations and suggestions are the results of my studies and practice, and I will likely review and practice with the crystals mentioned once again. At the same time, this blog series is published so we can take this journey together.
Our existing commitments represent a frequent blockage that we encounter in the process of experiencing fulfilment. They are of all different natures: financial, emotional and physical commitments are all consequences of our past choices. Those decisions felt like the best possible outcome then, but with changes, they may also need reviewing.
Like a potted plant that is pot-bound, we also need a larger space to grow. A good practice before establishing a goal is to set the intention that every choice made from that moment on has to feel aligned with what we are trying to achieve. The only possible practice is to pause our ‘thinking brain’ and ignite our ‘feeling brain’ or Emotional Body.
The emotional body is a layer of energy – a part of us - that resides at a certain distance from our physical body, and to access this part of ourselves, we need to get in touch with our emotions. In Chinese Medicine, emotions are associated with the Water Element. In the Five Elements system, Water is nourished by Metal and Controlled by Earth; during my years of energy medicine, clinical practice and personal development, I found modalities, tools and crystals that can be very useful in this situation. I am sharing them with the intention that may provide you with the necessary energetic support.
Angelite is a Calcium Sulphate mineral from Peru with a pale blue colouration with no water content. Its blue colour represents renewal – Calcium as an element is binding, and Sulphur detoxifies. Feeling overly emotional produces the same effect as being paralysed with fear; we struggle to move forward as the emotional waves are too intense.
Pyrite is a metallic stone with a cubic formation. I found pyrite the best teacher regarding boundaries. Because of its molecular structure and chemical composition, pyrite’s energies nourish – through resonance with the blood – and detoxify simultaneously to realise what commitments are still valid and what needs to be released.
In the Aura-Soma Colour System, the colour that is associated with this process is Emerald Green; this is a secondary colour, a combination of Blue and Yellow in equal parts. Working with the Emerald Green Pomander is a good way to facilitate this process, strengthening our energy field (aura) with the support of the forty-nine herbs in each Aura-Soma Pomander.
On a symbological level, represented in the Tarot system, we are facing one of the Major Arcana: the Wheel. This card, the 10th in the Major Arcana series, has often been associated with new beginnings. The wheel of life is moving in one direction or another, which always implies stepping forward in our life path.
I hope you enjoy the first steps towards the changes you want to create and ground in your life path. By taking responsibility for every choice, you step towards Spiritual Freedom.

For me, Aura-Soma is, first and foremost, a language, the Language of Light and Colours, that can easily connect with a deep part of ourselves. When Vicky Wall brought it to light in 1983, she didn’t exactly know what it was for. It took years of interactions with her clients to understand the potential hidden in those bottles and the application of the liquid to the body.
The Aura-Soma System has been an excellent support for me over the last 15 years; little did I know when I had the first consultation that I would carry a bottle across the world representing so much for me.
As soon as I experienced my first consultation, I knew I wanted to know more, so I started to read the Aura-Soma Sourcebook, trying to “understand” this fascinating system of colours and how Vicky Wall – the creator of Aura-Soma – had channelled so much mystical and spiritual knowledge in little coloured bottles.
Since then, I have had many more consultations, and my daily routine usually involves using a bottle, the Pomanders and the Quintessences. I have also done a great deal of studying, and in 2019 I became a Certified Practitioner, which has allowed me to share the colour vibrations with many curious souls through one-to-one consultations and workshops.
For me, Aura-Soma is, first and foremost, a language, the Language of Light and Colours, that can easily connect with a deep part of ourselves. Who best can know you than yourself? When a colour combination ‘steps forward’ by looking at the 123 combinations, you feel a part of you there that “wants to come home”. By embracing that we are more than our body and mind, we open ourselves to various possibilities that make our soul journey worthwhile.
The Aura-Soma System is a system of colours, plants and crystal essences to support our wellness and well-being. The meaning of this is different for each of us, and it is its beauty and power.
The language of colours has been used by humanity since its very beginning, as we have learned to express ourselves through this language as much as the written and spoken forms. When we see green, we feel a sense of freedom within ourselves and also, ‘becoming green with envy’ is a prevalent saying. So what lies beyond green, and how can that apply to our life?
There are no linear explanations of the Aura-Soma system, and many books have been written about it. However, I believe the best way to ‘understand’ Aura-Soma is to experience it. The direct experience available to each of us is applying the bottles on the body with the support of Pomanders and Quintessences.
Over the coming months, I will share some knowledge and experience with the colours and their language. I will also share some stories of clients and friends that have experienced the products and the consultations. This will be done through blog posts and newsletters to satisfy some curiosity and awaken the potential of colours within yourself.
Crystal Intelligence: Waves Of Change
Change is something that affects us spiritually, emotionally, mentally and physically.
News Years Resolutions. So many of us start the year with the best of intentions but intention without action is meaningless. So how do we go about filling that gap? Often what blocks us from embracing change lies in emotional baggage, negative self talk, or in some cases we simply don't believe that it is possible for us to change.
What we do know is that the inevitability of change is the only thing we can be certain about. So why is it that so many of us fight change opposed to taking the path of least resistance? For some of us we push change away, we try to control outcomes that we have no control over in order to avoid change, and ultimately we find ourselves feeling anxious and stressed out. In the meantime, the waves of change continue to hit our shores.
So what are the options? Do we get dumped in the rough water or do we choose to stand up and surf. My choice is the latter, and the good news about that is that we have everything we need to surf built into our DNA. Evolution is human nature. If the last 12 months has taught us anything it is that the future is uncertain, but we all have the wisdom within us to not only survive in times of rapid change, but to consciously choose to thrive.
The Law of Divine Compensation suggests that this is a self-organising and self-correcting universe: the embryo becomes a baby, the bud becomes a blossom, the acorn becomes an oak tree. Clearly, there is some invisible force that is moving every aspect of reality to its next best expression - Marianne Williamson
Change is something that affects us spiritually, emotionally, mentally and physically.
It is intertwined into the very nature of both our biological and energetic anatomy. We only have to consider the adaptability of the human brain, that is constantly firing off neurotransmitters which will either travel down well worn neural pathways (channels of thought), or these pathways will adapt. Some of you may have heard of Neuroplasticity which is the brain's ability to adapt to changes in an individual's environment by forming new neural connections.
Energetically the mind corresponds with the 3rd eye chakra influencing our psychology, and how we evaluate belief systems and attitudes. It resonates with the energy of our psyche, as well as our conscious and unconscious psychological tendencies. If we can work with literally visualising the change we seek, we are one step closer to changing how we think, which informs our capacity to ignite transformation.
Even daily activities such as eating will kick off a miraculous process of change in our physical bodies. It is incredible to consider the way our bodies can turn a banana into energy that fuels cell regeneration, growth, and that powers our entire system. In our Chakra system these processes occur energetically in both the Solar Plexus and Sacral Chakra located in the areas of our stomach and intestines.
Interestingly science has also been able to prove the health of our gut also directly influences our brain. The gut-brain axis (GBA) is a bidirectional link between the central nervous system (CNS) and the enteric nervous system (ENS) of the body. It involves direct and indirect pathways between cognitive and emotional centres in the brain with peripheral intestinal functions. As it turns out what we eat, does directly influence how we think.
This link also makes sense when we consider the interconnected nature of the chakra system. When we are open to the incredible power within us to flow with change and adapt on every level we are able to embrace change with grace and ease. So what is it that gets in the way of this natural state of flow?
The greatest resistance we face when dealing with change always comes back to what we fear, and fear comes to the surface when we feel unsafe. In the age of cavemen and women this fear factor served a purpose because it kept us safe from the ‘lions, tigers and bears’. The human body has very cleverly enabled a system whereby hormones and chemicals are released in our system triggering a fight or flight response if we are under threat.
In the modern world these ‘lions, tigers, and bears’ look a little different. They look like the sudden loss of a job, moving to a new location, a relationship breakdown. All of the significant turning points that throw us into the winds of uncertainty, eliciting exactly the same stress response within us as our ancestors living in caves.
The good news is that there are a variety of tools that we can use in order to manage that stress in times of rapid change. I personally love working with the energy of the Chakra System alongside Crystal Intelligence.
For some of us we may have suddenly found ourselves dealing with change, where for others change might be something they seek by choice. Either way the ability to thrive in these significant moments of life starts with being able to visualise ourselves as being happy and content in our perceived life. It is through working with the 3rd eye chakra that we are able to visualise and then manifest the outcomes that we seek.
A great crystal to work with in opening the 3rd Eye Chakra is Lapis Lazuli. Lapis Lazuli has been called a stone of power for millennia and its most common representation is on the head of a pharaoh or chiselled in its sarcophagus. This crystal has the ability to stimulate both creativity and inspires vision. Because of its rich composition it has the dual effect of both charging the 3rd eye chakra while also grounding the vision.
While we are in this process it is also natural for those fears we were talking about earlier to rise to the surface, especially if the reality we desire is knocking on our door. Lepidolite has one of the most soothing energies in the crystal realm. The stone itself is high in Lithium which is the same element used in medication for mental health. The Lithium in the crystal bonds with our descending energies drawing fear out of our energetic body.
Alongside working with our vision for change, and dissolving our fears, the next ingredient is the ability to take our intention into passionate action. This is where the real change happens. In order to do this it is helpful to work with the lower Solar Plexus and Sacral Chakras. The reason for this is because these chakras will not only power the action, but they will also generate the emotional energy to follow through. Boundaries have to be crystal clear (pun intended!) in order to create sustainable change. The kind that really does transform our lives.
When we look for the perfect gatekeeper for those boundaries Pyrite is our best ally. Pyrite is one of the few crystals with a structure so defined that in some mining sites it is found in cubic form, and this is exactly what we need to be able to create the follow through required to truly stick to the change that we seek in our lives.
In summary it's important to remember that we all have the innate wisdom within us to change. We are part of the natural world and whether we are willing or not we are bound by the same universal laws, but those laws are in our favour. When it comes to change the universe really does have our back giving us everything that we need, and fate always favours the fearless, so dream big and take bold courageous action.
Crystal Intelligence: The Manifestation Process
Using the power of crystals.
Human beings are hardwired for storytelling. We think in stories, we build empathy in stories, and we even dream in stories. These stories are the golden web informing our culture, our values and our belief systems. They are everywhere, yet the most powerful stories do not exist outside of us, because they live within us. They are the stories we tell about ourselves to ourselves.
What we believe is what we conceive in the world. If we believe that our world is great, then chances are it will be great. The exact opposite is also true. This concept seems frightfully simple (and it is), but it is also genuinely complex. In truth, the path of love and fear are a part of the human condition, and the ability to shift painful stories or beliefs into positive ones reflects the reality of human struggle and joy. The real power is not in denying this reality but embracing it to better understand how we create the life of our dreams. Welcome to the manifestation process.
There is irony in the fact that facing our fears head-on is something that makes us fearful. There is discomfort in facing our struggles, owning our shame or owning the fact that we need to change. That said, denying the existence of these things is far more destructive because it keeps us in fear, rather than allowing love into our lives. The sooner we can face our fears, the closer we get to the life that we desire. We let go of the resistance and instead manifest a loving life by design.
The manifestation process has three parts. We must recognise the fear factors—the old programs, beliefs or self-destructive behaviours. From there we can release those patterns, to rewire our energy for a new reality.
The good news is that there are ancient healing modalities that can assist in the manifestation process. I have always loved meditation, visualisation and mood board drawing; however, my true calling is in unlocking crystal intelligence. There is a reason why people use the phrase getting ‘crystal clear’. Clarity is what enables direction.
So what does getting crystal clear look like? The decision is in the vision. Ultimately if we want to create a new future for ourselves getting crystal clear is found in our ability to see that future. Everyone will find their own way. Some might use vision boards, others meditation while others might choose to journal or paint. The focus in the process is about staying open to intuition and having the courage to dream.
Once you are clear on the vision, you then need to recognise and release what patterns, stories or behaviours are limiting your ability to make that vision real. I have worked with so many clients who have an idea but believe they are not “good enough, thin enough or smart enough”. The list of not enoughs goes on! They have a thousand excuses around why they are not worthy of their dream life, which means that in reality, they are not. They have set the agenda. If we are not able to recognise and release these patterns, then we are unable to make the decisions that will lead to the manifestation of our dream life.
For anyone looking for support to recognise and then release old and outdated paradigms of belief, then Amethyst is an amazing stone. During Egyptian, Greek and Roman times, this beautiful stone was considered to be ‘royal’ and was often used on crowns and head ornaments. Characterised by a violet vibration, it can assist us in transforming old thought processes and eliminating behavioural patterns out of alignment with our vision.
Another tip, is to get out of our heads and step into the wisdom of the physical body. We ground to the earth through our bodies, so if we are looking to release patterns, it makes sense that like releasing a plug in a bath we allow the earth to drain away any ‘dirty water' in our minds. In turn, we have then created space in our bodies for new energy to infuse our being.
When we are manifesting a new vision for our lives, we need that new energy to sit and settle in the body. We need to enter a feeling state where we harness the energy of the dream house, the dream job or the dream partner. We need to ask ourselves what would this new house, new job, or new partner feel like? What does the embodiment of this new energy feel like?
As a way to connect with the physical body it may be helpful to use a stone such as a Carnelian. It is classified as a transformative stone, similar to amethyst, however, it interacts better with our lower chakras inviting us to take action. Its colour, when untreated, varies from dark to pale orange, so it is reflective of the process of the Earth element ( yellow ) meeting the Fire element ( red ).
Ultimately manifestation is never about money, success or status. We manifest new realities when we feel connected to meaning, fulfilment and joy and when we are grateful for what we already have.
When working with manifestation crystals, remember that the crystal intelligence exists within you. How you use your crystals or harness their energy is something that will be personal to your expression and your process. There is no right or wrong way, and you have the innate wisdom to know what is best for you. The main thing to remember is to keep choosing love over fear with the inner knowing that the best is yet to come.
